Lviv city council made decision to propose on a sale land plot for hotel building in Lypova alley near the stadium «Ukraine».
About it was revealed to the journalists by Andriy Sadovyj, Lviv city chairman. One Spanish firm took interest in this land plot. It is eager to buy a few land sites in Lviv for hotel building.
According to Andriy Sadovyj, during the meeting on Monday the deputies of city council made alteration in a previous decision, and instead of right for a lease decided to propose land with the area of 0,6 hectares.
The lease right of this area was proposed on the auction which took place on February 24th, 2009 with a starting price equal 10 million Uah.
In obedience to a decision of Lviv city council in 2009 from the sale of land and property the city budget should gain 238 million Uah.

Lviv city council declared that the auction on the sale of land plots is to be repeated on February, 24th, 2009 in the large session hall of Lviv city council.
On the landed auctions four land sites of the non-agricultural setting are proposed: Velichkovskyj St. 16 – 18, with an area of 0,4 hectares with the minimum cost of sale equal 3 million 972 thousand UAN. Area in Demnyanska St. (B) with an area of 0,8 hectares, minimum cost of sale equals 13 million 881 thousand UAN and in Kovelsjka St. 108 with an area of 0,4 hectares with the starting cost of sale 1 million 120 thousand UAN.
During the auction it will be possible to buy the right for the lease of land plot in Lypova Aleya St.-Stusa St. with an area of 0,6 hectares. The plot is intended for residential and public building. A starting cost of sale is 9 million UAN.
«The numerous appeals of investors in relation to information about land auctions testify to the personal interest exactly of lands of industry, transport, connection, energy, defensive and other setting. Actuality of lease rights’ sale of land sites is predefined by preparation to the Championship of Europe from football in 2012», – reported Iryna Grimak, the chief deputy of natural resources and adjusting of the land relations department.
The sum of participants’ guarantee payment makes 15% from the starting cost of land sites.

Kyiv has co-ordinated the project of another flight bar’ arrangement at Lviv airport within its preparation to Euro 2012. According to the head of Lviv state regional administration Mykola Kmetj in the nearest future the regional administration will make a decision concerning the land affairs around the airport.
«We already have a concordance of the project of all the necessary instances. Now we need a decision of the Cabinet of Ministers towards the financing of the project. Obviously they will decide who is to be a general contractor. It is a decision of Ministry of transport», – Mykola Kmit' says.
