A new office centre will appear in Lviv. A complex with the built-in objects of trading, public food consumption and parking places will be constructed in Kul'parkivska St. 200. A total area will make 0,23 hectares.
The author of this project is Danylo Shvets'. The project of the complex is developed jointly with the main investor, Dutch company. The main functional setting of future object is office centre. It is planned the ground floor to be used for trading, the rest - offices, conference halls. Underground will be used for two-levelled parking, there is also foreseen out-of-doors parking place.
In obedience to the decision of Lviv city council LLC «Plaza Lviv» carries out building, planning and building of such office centres. Besides a company is obligated to conclude a treaty about investment input payment.

The Japanese researchers forecast investment activity in Lviv in the nearest future. Development of the city will be caused by the transition of basic accents of business from EU to its neighbour countries, in particular and to Ukraine, Lviv. Above all things it is caused by a necessity to optimize the charges. The Japanese scientists carried out such prognoses within the limits of Lviv economical research which is carried out by the Japanese governmental agency “Jetro”.
"A crisis stimulates and enables to open new markets and new countries for large companies. A financial situation will force large corporations to be more active to examine possibility of production transfer from EU to the nearby countries. Thus to improve the financial status due to the optimization of charges", - Yatukho Maeda the director of Jetro company noticed.
Let's remind that Jetro is the Japanese governmental agency. It is engaged in advancement of the mutual trading and investment between Japan and other countries of the world. It was founded in 1958 to move forward the Japanese export.
"Now we examine a question about enlarging of Lviv territories. I think this question will be solved this year. Also I would like to add to Lviv territory the Vinniky forest", - Igor Gumenchuk declared this week during briefing (notice: Igor Gumenchuk is chief deputy of the departmentbof natural resources and adjusting of the landed relations of Lviv city council.
According to Igor Gumenchuk, the forests,located on the territory of Bryukhovichi belong to the forests of the first category.
In addition he asserts that the conception of 22 thousand hectares' development in city suburbs is being carried out by city council. Now this development project is studied by profiled commissions of deputies.
A chairman of Lviv regional state administration Mykola Kmit' during meeting with Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Chinese Folk Republic in Ukraine Chzhou Li on December, 10 invited the Chinese companies to participation in a competition for investing and building of new terminal of Lviv air-port. "Now it is the most perspective project. Requests can be given during three months. In course of time it will be possible to open a direct flight Lviv-Pekin".
The ambassador marked that Chinese can come to our market with investments, but the Ukrainian side ahould play an instrumental role in investment process in relation to tax' reduction, providing of safety of workers, visa assistance.
Mykola Kmit' also expressed the personal interest in the experience of Chinese side concerning organization of safety measures and logistic during conducting of Olympiad in Pekin for us to apply this experience during conducting of Euro-2012.
As a result of voting of the plenary meeting of Lviv city council the special setting of the territory in the park «Znesinnya» (Dovbusha St. 15) is changed from “the lands of the nature-protected fund” for “lands of residential construction”.
Making such decisions belongs to exceptional plenary powers of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine or Verkhovna Rada (as these are lands in park area). Without regard to it such question was put on the agenda of the plenary meeting as an additional point and 76 deputies of Lviv city council voted positively.
