Lands in Lviv region again grew in prices
For the second week of June prices for lot lands for cottage building in the Lviv region again grew almost on a half percent, informed a consulting company "SV Development". The cost of lot lands grew to the middle price 915 for are.
All outvalue areas in Pustomitivskyi district grew for 0,41%, to 4543 dollars for are; prices for land in Gorodockyi district grew for 0,76%, to 056/are; in Yavorivskyi district - 0,68%, to 992/are; Zhovkivskyi district - 0,56%, to 181/are; Kam’yanka-buz'kyi district - 0,94%, to 581/are.
Prices for land in Lviv go after prices for farmstead areas in other regions. In particular, in the Dnepropetrovsk area the middle cost of such plots makes 4440 dollars for one are, although the highest prices are made by 4,7 thousand dollars for are. Thus in Lviv the prices are twice as high than prices for land in Kharkiv area, where a middle price makes a 2231 dollar for one are.
However the indisputable leader – Odesa region – is still far from Lviv. There the average cost of one are for cottage building exceeds 10 thousand dollars, and in seashore districts prices reach to 13,5 thousand dollars. From 2nd to 8th of June the average cost for lot lands for cottage building in most cities of Ukraine grew within the limits of 0,31-1,53% (-38) for one are.

The City chairman of Lviv Andrey Sadovyi states that finally a reaction on the parliamental level concerning the kick-up facts of the Lviv land grabl was made, informed the press-service of city government.
«If the falsification of city administrayion decisions in Ukraine will continue, as it was in Lviv, and the proper organs will not react, so we will reach to falsification of laws, decrees of President and Constitution. We will assist the parliamentary commission giving all necessary information and help in this process», - he noticed.
The committee of the Verkhovna rada of Ukraine against the organized crime and corruption considered a case on June, 18 concerning the illegal owning of 15 land plots within the limits of Lviv to build there petrol-stations and a case concerning 330 hectares of the forests in Bryukhovychi. The secretary of Lviv city administration Volodymyr Kvurt and the head of continuous deputy committee regarding nature and environment, equipment with modern amenities, Vera Lyaskovska, were invited to give a report relating these cases during the meeting of committee.
The deputies of Verkhovna Rada made decision about creation of workinggroup with bringing in to its work of representatives of General Prosecution, MVS, SSU, and also five deputies of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. A folk deputy Volodymyr Ar’ev will lead a workinggroup.

150 million Uah for land in Lviv till the end of the year
The chief of Main administration of the land resources in Lviv Dmytro Zavtur reported during a press-conference that lands of the nonfarm assigning for 150 million hryvnyas are planned to be sold till the end of year.
As he informed, the administration planned to conduct 25 auctions till summer, however through the very frequent changes of legislation, only 7 auctions on which eight areas were sold for 6,7 million Uah have been presently conducted.
He said that 26 areas in different towns and districts of Lviv region are ready to be sold. It is prognosedit that it is possible to put approximately 150 million hryvnyas to the local budgets from their sale .
As the example, the nearest auction of Truskavets' land plots on Junes, 24 will make attempt to sell almost 18 hectares of land at an initial offering price of 20 million hryvnyas.
D. Zavtur also noticed, that the administration does not sell earth, it only helps to prepare the documentation for local authorities which are engaged in realization of areas. He marked also, that the problem of Lviv districts is that sometimes local officials can not really estimate the cost of lot lands and set it too high, consequently, they lose buyers. But, he approvingly spoke of Lviv city authority, which seems to be able to sell the areas.
