Competitive commission which is in power to give grant of right to land development for conducting of the final part of Euro 2012 in Lviv charged the capital building department to sign agreement concerning the beginning of stadium construction within the limits of the budget facilities. Certainly, everybody is interested the financing of this project to be passed to the investor, but still such facilities are foreseen in a budget for 2009 and 2010. Oleg Sinyutka the head of competitive commission, first deputy of city chairman of Lviv declares the things bellow.
58 units of building equipment and about hundred workers of «Azovinteks» company arrived to Lviv and began distribution in the area for building of the stadium. It is the first part which will conduct preparatory the works in the area, where a stadium will be constructed to Euro-2012.
The head of Lviv state administration Mykola Kmit' charged Vadim Krayovskyi the deputy on culture questions till November, 20 to conduct the analysis of the land site where the market “Vernisazh” is located now, and also the site opposite the "Lviv" hotel for building new theatre for a period of reconstruction of the National academic drama theatre after Maria Zanjkovetsjka for facilities of the State budget.
Fedor Strigun the director of the theatre is categorically against the theatrical collective to move to the LORTA cultural centre. He asserts that it can cause the decline of creative collective. Instead he gives an idea of building of the new theatre in the centre of Lviv, which can be occupied temporally by the artists of his theatre. In some time there will be a possibility be turned it to the musical.
Mykola Kmitj charged Fedor Strigun to initiate the joint meeting of representatives of the theatre, Lviv city council and Lviv state administration in relation to the possibilities of settling out of the habitants of 100 apartments for the beginning of reconstruction of theatre.
On November, 10 at 16.00 o'clock the public listening in a large session hall took place where the new money estimation of lands was discussed. A normative money estimation is used for determining the size of land-tax and rent, as far other actions with land. “In accordance with a new estimation lands are divided on 77 areas and there are 359 certain local factors (the greatest coefficient is 3,2 and the lowest - 1,84) of evaluations, on the basis of which the calculation of normative money estimation of lands will be carried out “ – Igor Gumenchuk the chief deputy of natural resources and land relations' adjusting department reported.
Basic factors which influence on zone division of the city are the following: availability to the city centre, ecological quality, level of engineer-transport infrastructure and social town-planning attractiveness of the territory.
In 1999 with a power of the decision ¹ 210 of the session of Lviv city council money estimation of lands in Lviv is ratified. It makes 104,9 UAN for 1sq. m. According to a new method its size makes 529,7 UAN for 1 sq.m. On the basis of new normative money estimation from the year of 2009 the correction of contracts of tenancy and land-taxes will be done. It is expected that as a result of introduction of new money estimation the entering to the city budget from rent and land-tax will be larged for 35-40 percents.
This week a meeting of architectural town-planning council at Lviv city council took place. The suggestions of office centre's construction with the objects of trading and public feeding were considered. This centre is to be built in Kul'parkivska St. 200 in Lviv.
According to the project's author Daniel Shvets' on an area of 0,23 hectares a 90 meters high modern office centre with 21 floors is suggested to be built. It is planned to arrange the parking there for 179 underground parking places and 65 ordinary ones.
The object is foreseen for offices, the ground floor - for the objects of trading. About 1 500 people will work in such a center.
In Lviv mass residential building is on the edge of stopping, however office centres' construction collects its turns. About it today Andrey Pavliv the director of town-planning department said during the meeting of architectural town-planning council.
According to his words, activation of office centers' construction is related to a fact that a city passes to the postindustrial period. Large factories and plants are consequently closing instead the work is concentrated in offices and is related to communications.
