Lviv city council declares auction for the lease right sale of area in Lypova Aleya-Stusa St. with total area of 0.6291 hectares. An area is intended for building of a hotel complex. The starting cost of lease right sale on this area makes there are 9 millions 021 thousand of hryvnyas.
Land plot is located in the distance of 3 km to the center of the city with a good transport connection, alongside with the sporting complex of stadium "Ukraine" in a comfortable public garden. Distance to the air-port makes 6,5 km, to railway station - 4,5 km and to the bus terminal - 4,3 km.
A hotel will have 16 floors, classified with 3-4 stars. Communications networks (except for elektroline) on this area are absent, that is why there is a necessity of connecting to the city engineerings networks.
It is planned to sell a lease right on an auction which will take place during the VIIIth Lviv international economic forum, besides three another land plots are proposed on an auction.
Within the framework of the Investment fair-2008 the landed auction on which the Lviv area proposes 11 land plots - a part for a direct sale will take place on Octobers, 3, another part - for a lease right sale. About it Dmitro Zavtur, the chief of land resources main administration in Lviv region, reported during a press-conference on September, 10.
Dmitro Zavtur informed, that village council of Sokil'nyky prepared for the sale two land plots with an area of 24 hectares, each for realization of the cottage building project "Mini Lviv". Minimum price, below which areas can not be sold, is 26 million 352 thousand UAN and 36 million 160 thousand UAH.
Except for it, a large land plot with an area of 4 hectares will be proposed for a sale in Pasiky-Zubrytski. A minimum cost of sale is 2 million 444 thousand UAH.
According to Dmitro Zavtur, if the auction passes successfully, plans to get 150 million UAH from land sale in Lviv area will become accessible. "Until June nothing was exhibit for sale as the action of sale procedures was halted in fact. Until August 11 areas were sold. Within September - 6 areas". He added, that if land sale procedure was not halted for a year Lviv region would have considerably overfulfilled a plan of 150 million UAH.
City council of Lviv was set to September, 10 of this year to sign the agreement with general contractor about stadium construction and to confirm a list and a graph of preparatory building works implementation. Lviv city council was obliged to do that by the meeting of organizing committee for preparation and conducting of final part of football championship of Europe in 2012, that was headed by Ivan Vasyunik, a vice-prime minister of Ukraine .
In addition, it was also decided that to September, 15 Ministry of transport connections must provide including to the estimate cost of reconstruction project of «International air-port «Lviv» the size of indemnification the proprietors of land and property, which is situated on the territories of air-port reconstruction and reconstruction project of Kul'parkivska St. in Lviv.
Besides to September, 20 there must be a decision accepted by Lviv city council concerning the building of road in Ryashivska-Proektovana St., which must provide a transport connection between the new aerostation passenger terminal of air-port «Lviv» and a stadium on Stryjska St. due to facilities of the state budget.
The commission of land usage and adjusting of land relations will consider the attempts of illegal alienation of earth in the attractive districts in Lviv area. It was reported by Eugen Buba the head of commission during the meeting of commission.
According to his words, there is a tendency of increasing cases of land misappropriation in Lviv region. Such processes are lately observed in attractive places for investors: for example in tourist regions Truskavets', Morshin, Skhidnitsya.
Andrey Rozhnyatovskiy, member of the commission noticed that through the way as lands are sold in the area villages can not work out the problems. «There are regions where investors need to be invited, because nobody is interested in landor real estate there, but
at the same time there are attractive lands and property for investors. And due to auctions a village can solve a lot of its current social problems. But it is a difficult task to figure out how lands are sold through auctions, and then a village again needs money for a new road, first-aid station or school», - Andrey Rozhnyatovskiy added.
The commission accepted the decision to appeal to Mykola Kmetj, the head of Lviv regional administrarion, with a request to charge this situation within the limits of his jurisdiction.

On September, 4 the Memorandum was signed about mutual understanding between Lviv city council (in particular the agroindustrial development department, the land resources department, department of control after the use of protected lands, and domestic) and foreign investors which deal with industry in Lviv area.
It was reported during a press-conference by Ivan Stefanishin, a vice-chairman of Lviv city council concerning questions of agroindustrial complex. He marked that this document foresees the change of rent price for land and support of such business' development.
For investors this Memorandum must set more clear, stable and transparent terms of development of agrarian business in Lviv. As Ivan Stefanishin marked, "today there are three types of land in a lease: those which go on the landed certificates; those which go on state acts for the earth, and those which are used without documents, illegally. Total area is 19 thousands hactars".
