The Lviv city council will propose 37 land lots on sale. The first six areas will be sold on an auction which is to be set in October. This was reported by Igor Gumenchuk, the chief deputy of Lviv department of land resources and adjusting land relations .
At the moment a city council has already prepared a document for 5 hotel areas, and also for the territory with the purpose of multistoried buildings construction. In addition, nearer to the winter the authorities promise to prepare a documentation for an area under complex construction which will consider office, trade, auction and exhibition buildings in the Lypynskogo St. Its area will include 8-10 hectares.
At the same time, secretary of the land commission of Lviv city council, Vladimir Girnyak, marked, that during conducting of the auction there can be some problems. In particular for lack of rules ratified by the Ministry of justice concerning licensing of organizations which conduct the land auctions.
According to Vladimir Voevodin, the chairman of land resources department at Lviv city council, the primary privatization of Ukrainian earth will be completed to the end of the year.
It is planned to place informative shields on the sites of constructions in Lviv , which will report about a customer, general contractor, performer of works, author of a project, building terms, and also foundation o works f conducting.
The architectural department of Lviv city council developed the draft design of informative shield which should be placed by the organizations on the construction sites and places of roads reconstruction .
As press-service of the Lviv city council reported that establishment of shields is caused by the frequent appeal of Lviv citizens to the mayor, as they are interested in what is built near their houses.

Last week Lviv presented the last updates of the General layout of Ukraine preparation to Euro-2012 to Cabinet of Ministers. On September, 25 the executive committee of UEFA must give an estimation to this document. It was marked during a press-conference on August, 13 by Oleg Zasadniy, the director of Euro-2012 department.
A chief of Lviv main administration of town-planning, architecture and spatial development Stepan Lukashik informed, that on August, 18 the experts of UEFA must visit Lviv to conduct monitoring of city preparation to the Championship. And on August, 20 a working group in the head of a vice-prime minister of Ukraine, Ivan Vasyunik, will conduct meeting of working group of governmental organizational committee in relation to verification of the preliminary planned works implementation. This Friday a cabinet will conduct a final conference concerning the reconstruction of the Lviv air-port, and Ministry of transport will conduct a conference towards the reconstruction of the station area in Lviv.
A hotel will be built in the place of the market "Vernisazh" in Lviv, and the souvenirs will be sold on Rynok Sq. On August, 13 it was reported during a press-conference by Oleg Zasadniy, the director of Euro-2012 department of Lviv city council.

Project document of the stadium construction to Euro-2012 on Striyska-kil'tseva St. was considered and decreeed by the branch of DP “Ukrderzhekspertiza” in Lviv region. A document passed the first stage. It was reported by the press-service of Lviv city council.
According to Oleg Zasadnuj, director of “Euro-2012” department of Lviv city council, complex examination of project document lasts approximately 30-40 days, but, taking into account a situation with a stadium, State examination will declare the decision up to August, 15. Except for the conclusions of State examination, they expect the decisions of Lviv regional SES, central department of emergency measures ministry of Ukraine in Lviv region, State administration of the natural environment guard, DP “Western technical-expert center” and territoriral department of energy-savior national inspection.
Working control group to Euro-2012 preparation is headed by Bogdan Bedrilo, deputy of Lviv cit council and member of faction NSNU. Deputies made such decision on the first meeting of working control group.
