Within the period from January 1 to July 1, 2008, the costs of land sections under the cottage construction in the cities of Ukraine and their suburbs grew in limits of 10-38% ($572-930) for one are.

Within the period from January 1 to July 1, 2008, the cost of land sections under the cottage construction in Lviv region (5 districts) grew, in limits of 16,91% ($572) to 3 953 dollars for one are.

Rating of the cost of land sections by the districts of Lviv region:

1. Pustomyitivskiy district - increase in 15,33% (to $609) to $4 581/are

2. Gorodotskiy district - increase in 21,93% (to $558) to $3 102/are

3. Yavoriv district- increase in 20,79% (to $522) to $3 033/are

4. Zhovkivskiy district - increase in 21,48% (to $390) to $2 206/are

5. Kamyanka-Buzhskiy district - increase in 28,57% (to $358) to $1 611/are

The customer of the stadium construction to Euro-2012 will be Lviv administration of capital construction

Lviv administration of capital construction will order the building of a new stadium to Euro-2012, as was reported by the representative of town soviet. According with his words, this decision is made at the session of executive committee. Lviv Rada gave permission to conduct design and building of the stadium.

Lviv city-planning council earlier approved the preliminary design of the building of stadium to the Euros -2012. Project provides for the building of stadium in 33,4 thousand places over the area of 3 hectares, besides there will be a parking, in 1593 places. The cost of building is 85 million Euros. On February 6^th this year Lviv recognized the company Alpine BAU GMBH (Austria) as the winner of competition to stadium construction to the Euros -2012.

Who will win the competition for underground parkings’ construction

For the first time in Ukraine the Lviv department of town building will try to conduct competitions for of underground parkings’ construction. This solution was accepted by the executive committee of Lviv town council. According to the director of town construction department Andriy Pavliv, parkings are one of the required structures to the conducting of the Euro-2012 in Lviv, as required by the inspectors of UEFA, who checked Lviv.

The investment projects will be selected after these criteria:

· the correspondence to strategy of the development of city, to the requirements of the general plan of the city

· the directivity of investment project to retention and renewals of the objects, which can be destroyed or partially destroyed during construction work conducting

· financial and economic measures of the effectiveness

· correspondence to the requirements of the health and hygiene, ecological architectural standards

· the level of the use of local materials and labor resources

The most important condition, after A.Pavliv's words, are the construction periods, since there is no possibility for a long time to hold in control transport flows in the city. Furthermore, the members of executive committee give proposal - to introduce the workers of the Security Service of Ukraine into the composition of the competitive commission so that then there would be no claims relative to the legality of the solutions. For today it is already developed two city-planning substantiations and agreement for undergroundparkings’ construction over the Petrushevicha Sguare and Vitovskogo St.

Planning to neglect a project of insured and safe property in Ukraine

Ukrainian federation of safety industry (UFSI), domestic insurers and developers prior to the end of 2008 will neglect a joint project of insured and safe property.

Stanislav Polishchuk, the member of UFSI, the deputy chairman of the committee of the Federation responsible for the development of business- medium, noted that the Ukrainian federation of safety industry developed “pilot” project of insured and safe real estate, which will be realized in the collaboration of the representatives of the real estate market, insurance market and market of safety industry.

As a result the realization of the developed business-model, the realized objects of real estate, designed and built on the basis of those coordinated with the insurers, the guarding firms and developers of technical specifications.

Sadovyi supported the strike caused by the representatives of the market “Lyubinske syajvo”

Lviv town administration was picketed by nearly 60 representatives of society “Ljubinske syajvo” (former market “Novyi” - ZIK), which is situated in Petlyury St. in Lviv. They required to provide them with land section for functioning of the market, since the previous plot of market functioning was “secretly sold”.

“Such impression occurs, that everything in Lviv must belong to Roman Shlapak, the deputy of Lviv town soviet, the owner of  “Arsen” and “Barvinok”. The market was sold in 2006. Therefore we request authority the help to preserve to us the work sites”, noted the deputy director of the market Zinoviyf Sidorskiy. He noted that in 2007 the market paid 127 thousand Uan of market collection with the plan of 100 thousand Uan.

Andriy Sadovyi informed the representatives of society “Ljubinske syajvo” that at the present moment there is the veto superimposed to the decision about the removal of the section, in which functioning of the market “Novyi” (now “Ljubinske syajvo”, - ZIK). When this question is removed from the agenda, then the decision will automatically enter into the force. If deputies do not overcome veto, then for people it is necessary to apply to the law court or the procuratorship.
