Description:
The proposed land plot is located on the façade of the ring road in Lviv next to Epitsentr DYI, Metro Cash & Carry and new Nissan and Honda show-rooms. The size of the plot is 9,5 ha. There is an option to enlarge it to up to 20 ha. The land plot is on 3 legal entities (SPVs) where leasehold rights are being obtained (currently there are “eternal usage” titles). These entities will be sold to an interested party. It will take approximately 3-4 months to get the leasehold rights for the site.
